Testing Scheduler/Request for Columbia State Students

    Welcome to Columbia State Community College Test Scheduling Form!

    Testing Services offices intentionally strive to provide quality customer services to all stakeholders with a high degree of personal integrity.  As a member of the National College Testing Association, we adhere to their professional standards and practices as outlined in the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines. 

    You may contact us by email at TestingServices@ColumbiaState.edu or by phone at 931-540-2821 to schedule an appointment directly if an appointment cannot be found using the following form.

    We request that all appointments are made three (3) business days in advance.

    Testing Services proctoring hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Tests should be scheduled so that they can be completed by 4:00 pm.

    PLEASE NOTE: REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS ** Monday through Friday**.
