Testing Services - Virtual - Graduation Exit Exam Request

    The LifeJourney Territorium EPP (Exit exam) is a general education outcomes assessment of core skills used by higher education institutions to demonstrate program effectiveness, assessing and demonstrating student learning. This general education outcomes assessment measures four core skill areas - reading, writing, mathematics, and critical thinking. Students seeking to graduate will take this exam during their final semester of coursework.

    THIS EXAM IS NOT PASS/FAIL!

    Although the exam is not a pass/fail, it is important for students to perform their best in order to support the decision making and performance funding of the college.

    WHO IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THE EPP (EXIT EXAM)?

    All graduating Associate degree students are required to take the Exit Exam, and they typically take it during their final semester. Students completing the Certificate programs are not required to take the LifeJourney Territorium (Exit Exam) Test. Before scheduling your Exit Exam, please be sure to:

    Step 1: Complete your Intent to Graduate first including the Official Signature and submit it to the Records Office.

    Step 2: Once the Records Office has successfully processed your Intent to Graduate, you will receive an email with next steps including the exit exam.

    Step 3: Fill out the information below completely to receive information about accessing your exit exam. The email should include the student's full name and student ID#. Submit this form to request the LifeJourney Territorium EPP (Exit Exam).
